Terms of Service

By using Purgebg, you agree to these terms. Purgebg provides browser-based image background removal and related account features. You must use the service lawfully and only with images you are authorized to process.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security or usage controls, access another user's account, distribute malware, or use Purgebg to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for your account security and for the content you process.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Purgebg must not be used to upload, process, create, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually exploitative content. This prohibition includes sexualized nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor, and content that promotes sexual exploitation or abuse.

You must also not use Purgebg for illegal content; content that violates a person's consent, privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights; malware; fraud; harassment; or content that promotes hateful or violent abuse. We may reject processing or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and may preserve or disclose information when required by law.

You retain rights in your images and outputs. Purgebg does not claim ownership of them. Product software, branding, documentation, and site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

The free browser tool is offered as available and may not produce a perfect result for every image. Inspect outputs before relying on them. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Credits are issued monthly; one credit is charged for each successful PurgeAI HD result, and a failed processing job returns its reserved credit. You can cancel through your account or the Creem customer portal. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; rights required by applicable consumer law are not limited.

Batch processing and the developer API use the same PurgeAI HD credits. Keep API keys confidential and use them only from systems you control. We may throttle or suspend abusive, automated, or security-threatening traffic. API availability and processing time are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says so.

To the extent permitted by law, Purgebg is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may suspend abusive accounts or update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
